Are you a creative storyteller who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content? MADI International is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our team remotely from Lebanon. If you love clean cuts, smooth transitions, and creating videos that make people stop and watch, this role is for you.
🎬 About the Role
You will work closely with our creative and social teams to produce high-quality video content for social media, campaigns, events, ads, and more. We're looking for someone who is passionate, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with the latest editing trends.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Edit video content for commercials, social media, reels, ads, events, and tutorials

Create visually compelling stories using footage, music, SFX, motion graphics, and typography

Adapt content into multiple aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) for various platforms

Perform color correction, sound design, transitions, and pacing optimization

Collaborate with the creative team on concepts and storyboards
-
Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs

Organize footage, maintain file structure, and manage export formats

Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Stay updated on current trends and editing styles
🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects (or similar tools)

Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling

Knowledge of color grading, sound mixing, and transitions

Experience editing social-first content (Reels/TikTok)

Motion graphics skills are a plus

Ability to work with creative briefs and accept feedback
